Hollow Fiber Module (MBR sheet) separate the water from biochemical reaction tank. It is effective to separate water from mixed liquid & solid via a membrane hollow fiber with 0.02 micron pore size, and the activated sludge will be always stayed in the tank, so can degrade macromolecular organics & digest Nitrogen & phosphorus etc. with utilizing MBR technology, removal percentage of pollution can be up to : COD removal >93, SS & Bacteria removal>99.99%; outlet water is with an excellent quality, can be recycle to car wash, garden, irrigation, toilet flushing, daily cleaning, and even for drinking purpose after with further treatment with Reverse Osmosis.

MBR Series Submerged Membrane Hollow Fiber Sheet is specially designed for Membrane Bio-reaction in various sewage & waste water treatment application. We offer MBR fiber in Outside-In type as well as Inside-out ultra-filtration Membrane hollow fiber with reinforced polyvinylidene fluoride(R-PVDF) and polyether sulfone (PES) which can withstand heavy breaking strength even up to 200N.
